Drop Biscuits

- Mixing Bowl
- Baking pan or muffin tin, greased
Ingredients
- 240 g All Purpose Flour unbleached
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 oz shortening
- 6 oz milk whole is better but you can use skinny stuff too
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450f
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix in fat with a fork or two knives until crumbly.
- Add milk. Mix enough to wet dry ingredients.
- Drop dough from a tablespoon onto greased baking pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned.
