Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking pan or muffin tin, greased

Ingredients

  • 240 g All Purpose Flour unbleached
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 oz shortening
  • 6 oz milk whole is better but you can use skinny stuff too

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 450f
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Mix in fat with a fork or two knives until crumbly.
  • Add milk. Mix enough to wet dry ingredients.
  • Drop dough from a tablespoon onto greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned.
