whole is better but you can use skinny stuff too
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 450f
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix in fat with a fork or two knives until crumbly.
Add milk. Mix enough to wet dry ingredients.
Drop dough from a tablespoon onto greased baking pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned.
