Ingredients

  • 12 ea Italian bread, sliced
  • 2 ea garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for drizzling
  • 3 ea Plum Tomatoes halved and seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup Basil Pesto prepared
  • 1 Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine garlic, tomatoes, and pesto in bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on top.
  • JUST BEFORE SERVING, bake bread until crispy (or charred under a broiler).
  • Serve on platter with pesto mix in bowl, or pre-spread on bread slices.
