Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 12 ea Italian bread, sliced
- 2 ea garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil for drizzling
- 3 ea Plum Tomatoes halved and seeded, chopped
- 1 cup Basil Pesto prepared
- 1 Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine garlic, tomatoes, and pesto in bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on top.
- JUST BEFORE SERVING, bake bread until crispy (or charred under a broiler).
- Serve on platter with pesto mix in bowl, or pre-spread on bread slices.
