Ingredients

Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 lb lb Ground Veal
  • 2 ea Sliced white bread
  • 2 ea Egg
  • 1 ea Large Sweet Onion
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • .5 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Whole milk

Sauce

  • NOTE: (You may want to increase amounts to have leftover sauce for the table)
  • .5 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • .5 cup Dark brown sugar Dark brown sugar can harden. You might have to kind of pound it apart, and eyeball how much is enough. If you add the vinegar and the sugar together first, the vinegar will break down hardened sugar quickly, making it much easier to mix with the ketchup.
  • 1 cup Ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Mix all meat loaf ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to loaf pan(s), depending on size and depth you prefer.
  • Top with sauce, try to get as much around the sides as possible too.
  • Bake 1-1.25 hrs, or until done. Internal temp should be 160℉
