Sunday morning pancakes
Do NOT attempt this "the morning after" lol :D
- 180 g All Purpose Flour
- 14 g Baking Powder
- 5 g salt table
- 12 g sugar regular stuff
- 10 oz milk whole is better, but you health nuts can use 2%
- 1 ea egg
- 3 tbsp bacon grease or unsalted butter
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot, or freeze for future use.
