Ingredients

  • 40 g Fresh Basil
  • 2 ea clove garlic peeled
  • 25 g Pine Nuts toasted
  • 6 oz Olive Oil
  • 40 g Pecorino Romano cheese grated
  • 1 ea Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the basil, garlic, and toasted pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  • Add the olive oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Stir or pulse in cheese.
