  • large pot, 4.5+ qt

Ingredients

  • 1 gl water filtered is best, per yoozh
  • 4 oz butter unsalted
  • 1 cup milk or substitute 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 ea fresh jalapeno sliced
  • 6-8 ea corn on the cob mother shucker
  • 1 ea Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil.
  • add butter, honey, milk, and jalapenos. blend together. you can leave the jalapenos out if you are a delicate type. 🙂
  • carefully add corn. bring heat down to low, and allow to cook 7-10 minutes, or bring to simmer and cover until ready to serve.
