Corn Puttanesca

- large pot, 4.5+ qt
Ingredients
- 1 gl water filtered is best, per yoozh
- 4 oz butter unsalted
- 1 cup milk or substitute 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 ea fresh jalapeno sliced
- 6-8 ea corn on the cob mother shucker
- 1 ea Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring water to boil.
- add butter, honey, milk, and jalapenos. blend together. you can leave the jalapenos out if you are a delicate type. 🙂
- carefully add corn. bring heat down to low, and allow to cook 7-10 minutes, or bring to simmer and cover until ready to serve.
