Fresh Basil Pesto
Ingredients
- 40 g Fresh Basil
- 2 ea clove garlic peeled
- 25 g Pine Nuts toasted
- 6 oz Olive Oil
- 40 g Pecorino Romano cheese grated
- 1 ea Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the basil, garlic, and toasted pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Add the olive oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Stir or pulse in cheese.
