Ingredients: 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar (or experiment with other vinegars); 1 tsp Lime Juice (or lemon); 1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning; 1 tsp Maple Syrup (REAL maple syrup, not Log Cabin crap); 1 tsp Minced Garlic ((1 clove)); 1 pinch Sea Salt; ½ tsp ground peppercorns; 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Easy Vinaigrette

Servings 1 Entree Salad

Ingredients

1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar or experiment with other vinegars
1 tsp Lime Juice or lemon
1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
1 tsp Maple Syrup REAL maple syrup, not Log Cabin crap
1 tsp Minced Garlic (1 clove)
1 pinch Sea Salt
½ tsp ground peppercorns
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except oil in bowl.
Add oil and whisk briskly. Add to salad and toss completely.
